Delvers Commissioning Address.

 
  1. Group Commander and Chaplain will proceed to speaker’s platform on inboard ship.

 

  1. On approach of official party sound “Attention,”

 

  1. Prospective Commanding Officer

Reports to Group Commander, “Ready to proceed with ceremony”.

Reads orders to place ship in commission.

Directs Prospective Executive Officer to proceed.
